How to save the world in 5 easy steps

Okay, I admit that the title is a bit tongue-in-cheek, but the essence behind it is that it isn't necessarily the superficial acts, like recycling, that will save the world. We need to dig deep within ourselves to find the love, hope and fire that will feed our actions to come from being truly conscious of our place in life.

1 Have love and compassion for yourself

2 Have love and compassion for others

3 Make every choice, action and thought with complete awareness of its motivation, truthfulness and consequence

4 Remember that all aspects of life are connected and benefit from your health, happiness and positivity

5 Perhaps you know what your fifth one is...

its got all the stuff abt ayurveda and simple explanations n answers for ancient practices that we so often arrogantly question or do it with blind faith

ive heard having banana milkshake is "virodhi-ahaar" i.e. milk n banana are opposite and must not be mixed for they disrupt blood chemistry .
however the practice of having banana milkshake is very common n is often prescribed by doctors(allopathy) for weight gain
